Available in pedestrian loading right the way through to HGV+ loadings. All covers are available in galvanised steel and can be upgraded to stainless steel for corrosion resistance, swimming pool environments, or high-end projects.
For times when the cover is too large or health and safety dictates, we can offer lift assisted manhole covers that feature a hinge and assisted lift strut to make lifting of the cover effortless and safe.
These covers come in all bespoke sizes from smaller 450mm chamber sizes right up to 1m+ bigger covers.
If the size is extra-large we also offer multi tray options where there are several manhole trays in one larger frame.
For the larger projects or times when you need access to a larger area below, we offer multi-tray manhole covers.
These are covers with a single frame measuring exactly what you need for your project, featuring multiple smaller access lids and removable support bars.
This makes for a solution where you can access a very large chamber below — 2m×2m+ in size — with no obstructions.
To access these larger chambers, you can remove just one of the smaller frames for partial quick access, or remove all the trays and central support bars for complete unobstructed access to the chamber below.
Solid top manhole covers with an additional locking feature.
These covers are a standard solid top cover made to your size needed, with the addition of a small flap on the front where you can add a padlock loop and make the cover lockable.
Lockable covers are ideal for cellar access, sensitive cabling areas, and areas where people or children may be at risk if they tried to access the chamber below.
These covers are ideally combined with lift assist for a hinged, lockable solution.
We have a range of covers that are sealed and locking — a standard feature we offer — but with the addition of a bolted-down surge plate to resist water pushing up from below.
This cover offers additional flood prevention protection while still being a discreet, well-engineered access solution.
