Aluminium and stainless steel offer a great improvement over the traditional galvanised and cast access covers available.
All of our bespoke covers are available in stainless steel, and a good amount can also be in aluminium. Both are premium finishes — both aesthetically and for longevity.
Brass edged manhole covers are a premium finish upgrade, mainly used in recessed covers — the visible edges of the cover can be upgraded to have a brass finish.

Our recessed covers range can all be fitted with barrel lifting points as an upgrade.
These are a much more discrete lifting method where only the small screw thread is visible post-install — not the traditional corner or edge lifting points.
Usually 4 lifting points are supplied on a cover, just inset from the edges. Especially when combined with a stainless steel finish, these lifting points make for a much more discrete solution.
